Flybe's Belfast Cabin Crew - True Professionals

We've just completed another return trip to visit my family in England and as usual travelled with Flybe from Belfast City. Many people complain about this airline, but I can honestly say their Belfast based cabin crew are the nicest and most professional bunch of people you could hope to meet. Their welcome when you board the aircraft is warm, they take time to talk to people, they are consistently pleasant and informative, and always look after passengers with any special needs. We travelled on the 7.10am flight to Manchester on Christmas Eve. It was pouring down, pitch black and the Dash aircraft was parked half way to the City Hall, so we had to travel by bus to the Victoria Park end of the runway to get on board. It didn't seem so bad when we were welcomed with a genuinely warm smile and friendly greeting. We came back on the 12.25pm flight from Manchester on December 27 and once again the welcome was warm and friendly. We travel with Flybe as many as 10 times per year, and our experience of the cabin crew is consistently good. They never fail to give my wife who doesn't react well to turbulence, a reassuring smile during those very bumpy approaches to Belfast City, Leeds and Manchester in high winds. As a passenger I would like to thank them for the quality of service they provide, and take this opportunity to wish them a happy and safe new year.
