As per the agreement, presently before FWA, clause 11 basically states that LAMEs retain all existing job functions. Qantas have signed off on it, it's just a matter of whether you trust QF management.
Yes, we've discussed this one locally, however, this statement doesn't secure the
frequency of our job functions. Currently every transit, but invoking the current policy on several type transit checks sees this frequency reduced to once a day.
