Do you know what aircraft type will be operating this extra schedule? If it's ABZ-based it might mean Flybe are going to base an extra aircraft here to do other things...or it might mean that franchise partner Loganair are going to operate it if it originates out of ABZ - LOG were rumoured to be acquiring further Saab 340Bs.
Edit: Or it might be they are just going to work the existing aircraft harder; ie. ABZ-LGW-ABZ-BHX-ABZ-LGW...
At present despite much talk that Flybe were going to be big in ABZ, & granted they have a few domestics, they only have the one aircraft based here. Talk of "six new routes here, 4 new Scandi routes there" have not materialized so far. Their routes to NCL, SOU & CWL (latter with LOG) were not really at business friendly times, so didn't get the sufficient yields they were looking for, & they haven't yet tried anything European out of ABZ directly.
