When I was 18, I also did some surgery cosmetic to reduce my breast (boops) do you think this could be a problem?

I don't think there is a problem at all with breast reduction, but don't mention it unless they specifically ask for surgeries.
My question now is, what about breast enhancement with implants? Are they a problem?
(I wouldn't think so as they are so common nowadays)

I wear glasses with dioptry of -0,75 and 0,00. Is that a problem?
You can't wear glasses, but you can wear soft contact lenses. Later on when working for EK you can get a doctor's letter saying that you can't do contacts anymore and they may let you wear glasses... That's what I read here.
