The A340-600 is not the only plane where you can see the fuselage bending in front of you.
I remember in my youth taking a couple of stormy flights where I was sat at the back of 747s - row 56 or so. During heavy turbulence you can see the aircraft undulating as you look up the aisle. There's also an interesting roller-coaster effect as the effects work themselves to the tail. All of which makes for interesting flying!
