Yes is has apprently been quite a while since you worked as a contractor
From what I've heard the F/O salaray is 5100E in total (including per diems and housing allowance). You cannot expect pension, yearly salary increase or any upgrade. Roster should be 5/4 5/3 and working days off I'm not sure about...
