Even while the battle continues to maintain jobs in Australia and prevent outsourcing to cheaper labour markets, Aussie cadets are being hired on low wages and salary sacrificing their type ratings, while their third world counterparts get flight training and type rating fully funded. Perhaps its just a matter of time before the cheap labour isn't on the outside looking to get in, but on the inside looking to get out!
