This incident, happened at their home base, shows the level of inexperience among SIAC pilots.
Incidents and accidents are not restricted to those with the least experience but please tell us just what did happen, since you seem to know?

With the increasing numbers of new and inexperienced pilots on the left seat,
Have they lowered the requirements for a B744 command then?
