This incident, happened at their home base, shows the level of inexperience among SIAC pilots.
It is not new that the management, safety and training departments at SIAC are composed with a curious mix of nationalities and different experience background, not a good combination. The blaming game has started and heads will roll, not R.L. for sure.
With the increasing numbers of new and inexperienced pilots on the left seat, we can expect reading more negative news about SIAC.
