Vueling already opened the hiring on 1 December and closed it on 10 December. They have already called possible candidates and conducted assessments. They didn't specify hiring minimums and have interviewed guys with everything from fresh CPLs to type rated guys with several thousand hours.
They said it is due to internal growth. And they definitely were asking for both Spanish and English languages in the candidates.
