Thank you for your enquiry at European Flight Training.
In order to work for EFT you will need to complete the JAA flight instructor course and perform above average with your FI course effectively being your interview for a position as an instructor on the EFT team. This is conducted during practical training on an F1 visa.
Following this you will need to convert your licences to FAA so you will hold an FAA CPL ME IR and CFI and we can offer a period of practical training and associated visa as an instructor for approximately 1 year. The cost of these conversions varies on average between $6,000-$12,000. If succesfull there is a minimum 1 year commitment after completion of FAA training
Our JAA Flight instructor lasts 4 weeks normally. The price is $10,380 as below and there are spaces from February 6th 2012. The course includes own room accommodation and shared car with your housemates (3 -4 people). As we are based in the USA the course is full time.

You are required to meet the pre-entry requirements of
www.caa.co.uk/lasors Section H1.3
The first step is to complete an online application on our website by clicking apply online from any page. This will collect the information required for visa processing and we will then send you a username and password to our online enrolment system which will guide you through the enrolment processes. This will also enable us to issue your certificate of eligibility (I20) for you to apply for the visa at your local US embassy.
