However, when it comes to own pilots, it has been the case in the past with some Chinese nationals, surely not with expats. When they joined -from university straight into the airline- they had to sign for 99 years... so they are indeed owned, as their career perspectives will always be within SZA. The new guys have 15 year bonds I think, some improvement.
