Tony Smith at Moorabin is good. All the aids are close as well, with ILS at EN, VOR at Mangalore or Cowes.
Some are tricky, which gives the practice you really need. Routinely IFR to PLI and into EN ILS.
The more real IFR conditions you do, the better.
