Never ever ever ever plan to land with min fuel at Delhi or Mumbai (or any airport in India), in my 3 years here I have only once not been delayed going into Mumbai, the worst has been 2hr hold into Mumbai , and 1 hr delay into Delhi. Delhi is normally 30min extra, Mumbai depends on the time of day, but rarely less than 30 min delaying tactics are used by ATC into Mumbai.
Its not your personal money, let the boss pay the bill, he wants to fly to India! If he cant afford +/- 50c per liter in taxes he/she shouldnt own a corporate jet !
