I knew the UK and Europe were trending towards "socialism" but to require every citizen to go out and get a License to fly helicopters is beyond anything I would have imagined!
This must be great for the CFI's out there....and the CAA Licensing folks!
As of April 2012...... every European Resident will have to have an JAA/EASA license then.
