try filing it
and see what comes back .. it will either be accepted or rejected. unless you ask for a start up clearance the plan will not be activated.
If you are in any doubt look for somebody with real experience on the aircraft type to do it for you.
The middle of the Atlantic is no place to realise that you overlooked something.
