Aircraft is G4. Private flight..no ETOPS requirements. Non-stop.

My question is if I can select some lat/long points in a similar fashion to the NAT system. If the answer is no and one must stick to defined waypoints then the route zig-zags all across the ocean.

I came up with this route: TERBA 0400S FIRDI 0310W 0220W ASDOK BUTAP UL206 ARUNU UL206 BUGAT UR551 REC

As I said...can I file and fly these lat/longs?
