AFAIK. Its that 1 out of 10 where you turn onto say WP
and see the numbers ahead of you for 20R, and told you're
#15 for TO (ten for 20R and five others for 20C).
I wouldn't complain if SIN had gatehold procedures similar to
what I've encountered in the States - better to just sit there
and read the paper over a coffee while waiting and burn APU
fuel (or ramp connect), rather than with all engines running.
