All I've seen is a bunch of AME's with no sense of the big picture, being spoon fed one job at a time, with lots of standing and waiting in between. Then a mad rush at departure time. And the Snr LAME's glued to MXI and not actually leading or supervising their crews, let alone communicating with their counterparts.

I see Base as a much leaner operation, that can definitely improve. Imposing A380 system on base would result in a huge rise in J80000 hours.
Red tape created by certain ops managers is the problem. Good luck with that
