I think integration is a good thing after a few years , but base should be integrated into 380... Not 380 into base.
The guys have built up a good section without the archaic practices of base interfering in the operation.
I think the training slots should go to base LAMES if anyone. From what I've seen there needs to be more floor level supervision under these new regs.
I'm sorry for the SIO guys being bumped.. Was a good chance to gear up for taking some contract back and Leave the QF 380 to the 380 guys
