MXI you don't need that extra person sitting in the office shuffling papers. The paperwork package needed someone to go through it and make sure it was all good.

Snr LAMEs so busy doing MXI & supervisors job, very little time to supervise crews, or is that why now 380 has twice as many Snrs per capita compared to base.

fleet streaming with 2 distinct areas, Boeing 744 767 738 and Airbus 330/380. This would keep most people happy. Those who are staunch airbus haters can work on there beloved 744s and those who like plastics work in airbus.

This is still segregation not a good look why are you so scared to mix it up a little. Several of the base guys are now A380 trained & have been working on a380.If we are one section the manpower can go where its need. Like we used to do in the 1980s back to the future you say yes but it worked. The point is we are all in this together, work together we will be strong. promote segregation we will be a bunch of self serving, greedy fools. Who sell each other out for a bag of silver as we have in the past.
