Mr Wobbles, Base/330/380 are already under one banner CT is the boss of it all and I think even if the 380 people were to be moved back into the H131 smoko room, they would all still be working back over in H96, you would see them only at shift change. My tip is you will see a bit more "helping out" from both sides as has been happening with cabbos of late.
As for supervisers/DMM's getting 380 training, that may just be a rumour started by a Base supervisor.
Interesting that CT has installed MS as manager A380, this migt mean he is happy with the status quo up there in H96, MS not really known for pushing through a cange/reform agenda.
