Shell Management - it's attitudes like yours that create the barriers and negativity towards Health & Safety in the first place.
Your condescending tone and know it all attitude does nothing but rub people up the wrong way. I have notice from other threads, that you put people down quite a bit (Rotorheads) in your posts.
Give it a break man, is it a cry for help?
Next time you type to a fellow pruner, park the 'attitude' and try not to get fired up.
Use your knowledge to help and educate them, not to have a bit of a dig and a put down..... or does that make you feel good about yourself??
