What I find interesting is that meetings between various solicitors (NatWest, CIAL, CIUK) and the
Proposed Administrators started already on 16 September and that this pre-packaged deal was on the table before the place stopped operating on 29 September AND the staff were not (and still have not been) paid for September.
Remember that the Court appointed the above Administrators on October 20th as a result of a non-payment claims by Mr. S. Read and some
outstanding debentures from other companies in the Cabair Group.
What is the format for proposed administrators becoming appointees for the Court?
