A bit of topic. As far as I know there is serious need for experienced A320 drivers at among others EZY, German Wings, Qatar, WizzAir, JetStar, Korean (for other types), etc. The shortage is not yet such that the airlines are lowering their recruitement standards. So: yes there will be experienced people that will not be hired.
