The 'no union' argument is on its way out. In effect, only BA have a pilot's union in the UK. And even that will change, now that Willie has sampled the ingrained '(ex) nationalised industry' culture, courtesy the cabin crew.
Face it, in a few years, nowhere will be 'safe'.
