Wow, thanks windy, that's good to hear there's been some movement and actually an increase in your crewing. I wonder if anyone else has any ideas. I notice that there does seem to be more recruitment but all I really see is for type rated guys.
The only company I see in Europe that are openly taking non-typed seems to be Vista on their CL850's.
