I applied a month ago for low hour non TR and application was still open, I don't know now. I only received the confirmation e-mail but it doesn't say that they will contact you if your application is unsuccessful but only should it result successful so we might never get any answer.
The apps of no-rated took them by storm, recruitment likely to continue into 2012 and even some no-TR selected guys have been put on hold till internal decisions are made. The not selected will receive some kind of "No thanks but no". Words & music from HR dept. Do not shoot the messenger...
