mzrhai: You can ask them for a specific date if you want and if they can they will give it to you (depends on how many people they already have for that date)....they are flexible about your DOJ so go ahead and try! Asking can't harm, right?
I asked for extension and got it...
didodido: I hear it's not that bad at all...it's the new "Emirates village" where most of new stuff will be accomodated...rooms are quite big and new, you have gym and pool, also some have balconies...It is opposite Global Village, which you can find on Google maps...it's a big entartainment area...also I hear, they have regular buses to HQ and Dubai mall for crew, so there is no need to worry you can't go anywhere...also the area is quite nice, the beach is 10 min away...though the city centre is not that close...but the way things go in Dubai it will be a part of City in a year
katiaz: you could wait for up to 2 weeks, if you don't get it by then, contact them thru portal...I think they are really busy at the time!
