Olivia Wirth is generally doing a poor job for Qantas as its
PR person.
Uninformed,poorly presented and not particulalrly articulate.

PR person for Virgin on the other hand is well presented personable vibrant and informed.
This exposes one of the essential differences between QF and
VB.
Qantas is tired and bland.While
VB is Fresh and Vibrant.
