Fly4Fun is not an easy way..but an illegal way !!!!!
Beacue most of them are unpayd during the winter season and they will recall you in summer time when they need.
contract in the same time are stipulated in Cyprus so they even don't pay any taxes in LT.
And...last not least, if you resign before the contract end you have a fine of 10.000 (i don't remember USD or Eur) to pay !
Ps. Actually I think they have a contract till mid-end Nov with B373 from BGY base
