As I understand it the contract is poor compared to other European contracts (viz Euro 77k basic c/w 126k French). Also I hear that preparations are under way for assessment schemes should DEC be required (perhaps where internal interest is insufficient).
It may be two plus two making five but WB will be laughing all the way to his bank if this comes to fruition and goes unchallenged.
