i agree that things are different here and in the middle east. about the job finding its all down to you to understand that you may have to relocate your self into other countries to find jobs.
about the fact that you went over an oral board its again your company policy.
my company policy its for me to have the relative paper work and experience and a visit to my quality manager for an oral exam. but in the end of the day what ever i need to know its in the company server and that is 1st the AMM and the company procedures. experience is gained day by day.
your quality manager should never ask you to know everything cos at the end of the day procedures and the AMM can change
