Lets see Mr Joyce, you have Catering Staff, Baggage Handlers, Ground engineers and Pilots all claiming your ineptitude is ruining the brand. They cant all be wrong. Time to give up the mis truths reference the scheduled grounding of your older aircraft awaiting spares and sales. The truth will come out and you will be consigned to the dustbin of history for your spin. Further, It is about time this newspaper tried a bit of investigative reporting instead of giving this hack Hilderbrand page space to regurgitate Qantas
