looks like the weather played a big part -
Accident: Nationale E120 at Port Gentile on Oct 12th 2011, unsafe nose gear, overran runway, wings twisted
one of our pilots was on the ramp and watched it happen - a timely reminder to observe Vref, and touchdown point in those types of conditions.
There are also runway works in progress at POG, notice the lack of level / compacted clearway at the end of the runway !!
Luckily only minor injuries, but the a/c is a mess.
