For any of you who are interested in EZY my experience of being here 10 years is generally very positive. This is not my first airline and I turned down BA just after joining here and haven't regretted it. I am in the UK regions and find the fixed roster, pay and time off very good. I cannot see any other job which would suit me better and I genuinely enjoy the flying that we do. I guess it is not for everybody but some of the negative comments on here really do surprise me and all I can say is that those comments do not reflect the vast majority of people I work with. There is no doubt BA is a great company and I have friends there who love it and those that don't. For me, I wouldn't swap my job for BA not because EZY is perfect but because it offers me a good home lifestyle with good pay! It's swings and roundabouts and we have to respect peoples choices without descending into a slagging match!
