The many of the SAS guys I talk to at EK plan on returning to SAS. They were given a great opportunity to take a leave of absence and keep their seniority and have their pensions paid whilst they were away - what a great deal! This is the package I was told they were given but they must now decide to return or stay away. What the middle east does not offer is a pension and what you guys get is worth more than you realise. For the SAS guys that came to EK and got their wide body commands and made some tax free cash - LUCKY THEM, but now they see the light and many are returning.
