Hi! Definetly make some new casual photos...dress nice, groom nice and head out to nature or with friends and make some nice casual photos, decent dressing and you in focus...make some full lenght (not from too far) and some from waist up. I definitely don't advise you to give casual photos with you having dradlock or anythink "crazy" on your head, they will not like it, it's just not Emirates
. To them it is really important how you look on photos and make sure your professional photos in bussines attire are also very nice made and you being very well groomed and smiling on them (SMILE on casual ones too!!!).
