I wonder how that guy really learned enough aviation lingo and procedures to fit into a crew's flow and checklist challenge/response patterns, not to mention fly. Maybe he had rented a 707 simulator and was almost a genius, in terms of learning curves, after having stolen some Pan Am Aircraft Operating Manuals?

Comair and Flight Safety began a similar concept years ago in the US, based on a tentative job after the very thorough turboprop FO training and an interview process, and all for about the price of a US mainline jet type rating! What a progre$$ive, lucrative deal...
