Seems to be a few stories doing the rounds about concern over ringfencing slots at LHR to ensure the future of the NE link.
Are the concerns justified, & can they - & by 'they' I'm talking about the likes of NESTRANS & other representatives of the business community - insist upon slots being reserved for an ABZ service? They can ask, not sure airlines will necessarily listen.
At the moment I'm not aware of any imminent threat - but you never know for the future.
