I just had my FI today and afterward I was asked to take a test. When I asked why and what it was for all the recruiter would tell me is that "oh your creative" and that it was a psychological test.... I figured like the online questionnaire I took last night before the interview.
It turns out it was the "Raven's standard progressive matrices -spm sets a-e occupational edition." As some of you may know, its the shapes test...
What annoys me is why the recruiter didn't tell me it was actually an IQ test

... I still think I did well but toward the end when it became more difficult I didn't try as hard because I thought it was a physiological test.

I still think I did well...
What's even more confusing is that only some people were asked to take it. I've been searching the board looking for answers on this and no one seems to know why some people are asked to take it and others aren't
Figured I'd bring up the topic again and maybe someone can shed new light on this procedure... I don't think its just "random"... I believe there must be some reason for it and I'm curious to know if it's a good or bad thing.
Any idea's? Anyone know someone that did or didn't take it and was accepted?
