Its just heads up for anyone who wants to come to AirAsia. Aint no paradise. When you're in trouble, you're pretty much on your own. Don't expect Mgmt to cover/support you. Be prepared for crazy roster with little rest unless they maxed yr hrs. Expect to attend courses on your day off with no transport allowance or whatsover! More ugly truth but thats the fact.
