There is an awful lot of info on this site regarding IRs in the UK if you spend a few minutes searching.
But, in short, if you already have an AS355 rating, go to Severn Aviation/Bristows Academy in Gloucester. You will receive a better level of training than elsewhere. (IMHO, of course, but with personal experience of both training schools).
