Hainan Airlines (China) New Terms

So after three years or survival here the new terms are slowly emerging.

10% more salary (note paid in USD so maybe 5%).
No increase in housing allowance.
5 more blocks hours/month unpaid (absorbed in the 10% increase).
You must sign a life long non-disclosure agreement (since I have not signed it I can write this).
Heavy penalties if you refuse to fly or cannot be scheduled.
So in the end it will be 10% loss from the previous three years with penalties & deductions.
Questionable full income taxes being paid to the CHN government as per the contract.

If you refuse to extend and after you have completed your contract - they will NOT release your License and allow you to go to Air China for example.
They have released on 2 License over the past 2 years for pilots whom they wanted to get rid of. They ended up at Schenzen.
They have had 2 License black listed.
This year at least 16 pilots contracts are up for another 3rd year term if extended.
