Great, keep them coming. Talking about parachuting I was on my way to Sywell on East Midlands radar recently and overheard 'G-xx overhead Langar' to which the response was 'Don't be there's a live drop going on at the moment....'. One of those moments that makes your toes curl.
Ah, Tonker we both posted at the same time there. The times I've been to Sywell the Pilot's Mess has never been open and I've finished up in the hotel. Having said that I'm very fond of Sywell and love the sign about hi vis jackets..
