Mmm007: You should be able to get originals of everything as you have to have a full medical. The only things that you can have that are from the past, are: Pap Test (for girls), Vaccinations, and additional documents that some people need for pre-existing conditions... Blood tests have to be within 3 months.
I have had all of the vaccinations required except for Yellow Fever when I was growing up however, I have misplaced the proof so I had to have them ALL again.
I am almost 100 % sure that photocopies are not acceptable, but I guess it depends on what it is a photocopy of.
