They are not perfect and can be at times "clumsy", but since i have joined i have on two occasions had acute medical family problems.
The first time and not long after i joined i was rang back immediately by the flight ops director and was told i had the next tow weeks roster wiped clean and if i needed more just ring back. A few weeks ago and again in the !!!! with one of my children in an accident, i again had my roster replaced with holiday this time.
From what others who have experienced other airline regimes have told me, they still are a friendly airline to work for.
