I am posting this reply for information only not passing judgement.
At AC pilots blocs (Rosters) are available on average 4 days before the new months. We use computer bidding.
This provide flexibility to marketing to adjust for a/c types.
Our F/A are on canned blocs and get their blocs about 10 days before new month but are qualified on all types.
