Women In The Air Day - 28th August

To celebrate 100 years of the first PPL issued to a female pilot on 29th August, 1911, Fife Flying Club is holding a 'Women In The Air' day, at Fife Airport, Glenrothes. It is one of a number of events being held around the country, initiated by the British Women Pilots Association.
All are welcome on Sunday and landing fees will be waived for all visiting aircraft with a female on board. On the day there will be a number of activities including a number of special guests, a barbeque, helicopter rides and hover challenge. For more details and airfield information, please visit the Fife Flying Club Website

Look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
