Because I was under the impression a 2nd test so soon won't give any clear resultbecause there is nothing left to collect, why the 3 month waiting period between tests? this could be wrong though, but I would not be surprised if it comes back 'inconclusive'. Is probably best to talk to your recruitment coordinator, explain what they dr said about needing another test and ask if a waiver is possible in this case. If the 2nd test comes up normal you just submit that and they cancel the waiver
Ammd, since you would turn 21 within a few months it SHOULD be ok, however if you are going to OD in a country where it is very competitive, it may be better to wait until you turn 21, to give them no reason to choose others over you. But, since they are doing much recruitment, it might be okay as your DOJ would not be right away in any case. Takes about 8 weeks usually even if you join very fast.
